Description

Coach starts drill on whistle. X and O take off at same time
X drives to the net getting body position on O. X gives target to passing coach. Protect stick with body.
O back checks with a purpose attempting to get position on X. Stick check.
X gets pass from C for quick one timer.

X may have to take pass on backhand.

Goalie: Start on the post facing the coach with eyes on the puck, once pass is made, aggressive butterfly slide to top of crease for the shot with focus on rebound control.
