Description
4 stations
Left Station, start at O, all other players are X and are to put sticks on ice. Player O starts, goes through pilons shoots, gets another puck, goes through players on sticks, everybody moves one, First X in line becomes shooter
Top Station X starts forward, O can't leave the boards. ANGLING. Get in Front not through. Forwards to pivot, active stick. DOn't go past blue line.
On Bottom, same thing, but forward the whole time. Make sure you switch ,
Right Station, F1 passes TO D2 who shoots. At same time F2, starts up boards with F1, for D1 to cover, 2 on 1 so D should stay in the middle and give shooter to goalies. Other D engages as well, must stay up high, F2 and F1 have to stay below the dots
Notes: 8 minutes per station gives lots of reps, and leaves some time for a game at the end.
