Description

The object of the this drill is to gain possession and protect the puck to maintain possession. Depending on the amount of players will determine how many pucks you put into play. Put half as many pucks into play as there is players. Players will battle for 30-60 seconds then the coach will blow the whistle. Players that have possession will stay in the game players without a puck will leave the zone and take a knee and watch the next round. Coach will then cut the amount of pucks in half and the drill will repeat with half the players and pucks
