Hockey Canada Bantam Lesson 2 D station
Good drill for using the point - shooting and deflections
Coach shoots a puck in the corner
X1 starts backwards and pivots towards the corner and picks up the puck.
X1 passes to X2 at the blue line, who then takes a shot on net with X1 looking for a deflection and rebound.
After shot, X2 retrieves puck from the opposite corner and passes to X3 for a shot. Drill is continuous.
