Description

2-shot - high slot and point shot

Drill starts on the whistle

D1 passes to F1

F1 carries the puck around the top of the circle and passes to F2 in the high slot. F2 takes a shot on net.

F1 and F2 then set screens and get ready for deflections. F3 passes to D1 who passes to D2 for a quick hard low shot.

F1 and F2 head back to the corners and switch sides.

D1 moves to the middle to become D2 and the shooter. D2 goes to the end of the line where D1 was.
