Description

Players skate around the outside and back up the middle.
Continuous stick handling. Start stick handling front than to left side back to middle than to right side.
Skating uses edges only. Players do not full strides doing this drill. Having them use their edges with their feet remaining on the ice slows them down to focus on controlling the puck
