Description

(In red) Serpentine with puck. Give and go to coach, shoot on net. (In Green) Protect puck with body. Person without puck at the end of 30 seconds does 5 pushups. (In Blue)Monkey in the middle, keep away touch passes. Knowing where to pass before receiving puck. If intercepted, passer goes in middle.
