Description

Stick handle around the outside of the rink. Start stick handling with puck in the middle than to the left back to the middle out to the right and back to the middle. Skating both feet on the ice only using the edges
Up the centre of the ice breakaway speed. One hand on the stick controlling the puck as if the player is being chased on a breakaway. Skating full strides.
