Description
Drill is continuous but there are whistles within drill
Whistle F1/F2 cross and drop attack D1/D2 2v2, once they cross the Near blue, F3/F4 back pressure them and stop up in DZC, with D3/D4 following play up and stopping at the point.
F1/F2 play out 2v2 rush / low play until coach blows whistle and passes to D3/D4 who have followed the play up and either shoot or go D to D for a shot, with F3/F4 working out in shot lanes. F1/F2 battle to get net front vs D1/D2.
On the next whistle F3/F4 loop to coach for a puck and attack D3/D4 2v2 full ice with new F5/F6 back pressuring the play to DZC with 2 new D following up, and sequence continues
