Goalie Warmup - Lateral Movement & Rebound Tracking

Diagrams     

Description

1) LW1 skates with puck and shoots inside circle above center dot
2) RW1 repeats once LW1 has shot - give goalie time to move over
3) D1 starts once LW1 has shot - makes pass to D2 keeps skating and receives pass back from D2 - then skates with puck to blueline and takes good hard, low shot on net for deflection
4) LW1 & RW1 try to deflect or jam home rebound - return hard up the walls out of the zone

Notes: Gets goalie moving side to side and fighting for tips and rebounds.

Key: make sure players are giving enough time before shooting - adjust accordingly.
