Description

Station 1: O1 skates to face off circle, pivots and skates backward around cone, pivots and then receives a pass from Coach. Goes in for a shot

Station 2: Battle Drill. On whistle, X1 and X2 crossover and bump each other while Coach places puck between them for a battle to the puck. Allow 15-20 seconds for the players to gain possession of puck and ultimately shoot on net.
