Description

Station 1: O1 skates to face off circle, pivots and skates backward around cone, pivots and then receives a pass from Coach. Goes in for a shot

Station 2: X3 Straight glide stop on inside edge. Player uses inside edge to quickly push off into forward stride. On the way back, X3 skates backward and pushes off inside edge to crossover.

Station 3: Battle Drill. On whistle, X1 and X2 crossover and bump each other while Coach places puck between them for a battle to the puck. Allow 15-20 seconds for the players to gain possession of puck and ultimately shoot on net.
