Description

Station 1:
3 players evenly spaced around circle. X1 passes to X2, then skates across between X2 and X3, who adjust their position around circle so players are evenly spaced. X2 then passes to X3, and continue. Should flow for constant puck and player movement.

Station 2:
Players line up as shown. O1 skates backwards with give and go passes with O2. Around pylon, skate to slot. O3 passes in front for one-timer shot. Rotate positions.
