Description
Defense starts with puck
passed to F1 then pivots
becomes two on one
F1 passes to F2 back to F1
watch the off-sides
defense applies pressure at blue line
F1 shoots from top of circle (if still has puck)
2nd Goalie with coach doing drills
swap goalies after 4-5 runs
