Description

Line players up along goal line in their colors (Red/Blue). Aim for 3-4 players per line. Have players skate to far blueline performing a number of different skills.

1. Straight skate for speed and back.
2. Backwards skate to blue line and then hard skate back
3. Stops and starts at each Blue Line, Red Line and Blue Line, hard skate back
4. Pivots to back at Blues
