Drill has 3 parts
Part 1 coach dumps a puck D retrieves puck, X forechecks C holds up
D passes to LW who chips to RW slash support
Part 2 C/D/LW all regap and coach dumps 2nd puck D retrieves puck and punts puck to LW who has stretched into the NZ
Part 3 coach dumps 3rd puck to D who reads finds C who has sprinted into NZ
D follows the play up for a low to high shot with 3Fs at the net
