Description

Both D Skate Forward and turn backwards at the Blue line.
F cuts along red line with the puck and as soon as D1 Turns F passes to D1. F continues go deep towards net...
D1 Passes to D2. D2 Holds puck for a second and then passes Back to D1. D1 then curls back up middle looking to pass to F at Blue line.

Notes: Make sure each player has a turn at each position.
For Goalies Push net back to boards and have either coach or players feed puck from side of the nets to player in front doing one timers.
