Description
Simple passing drill, set up small tires or cones as shown as well as players.
Rules, all players must skate between center tires , passes can not be made until player has passed through tires and all passes to players must go between the tires they are standing behind.
On coaches whistle X1 takes off any way they choose passing to 1 of the other 4 players and then taking that players position.
The player with the puck skates through center tires and passes to either player on the other side again taking that players position and that player keeps drill flowing.
Notes: All players must go at high tempo, drill lasts 45 to 60 seconds until coach blows whistle
Not shown in video , goalie moves and tracks all players with puck, at any moment coach could indicate to shot and goalie must be prepared and in position to make a save.
