Description

Station 1: O1 skates toward Coach with puck, passes, pivots around cone and skates backward, opens up, receives a pass from Coach. Goes in for a shot

Station 2: Chaos Drill. Coach blows whistle, players skate w/ puck quickly within confined area until Coach stops play. Repeat again.

Station 3: Battle Drill. On whistle, X1 and X2 crossover and bump each other while Coach places puck between them for a battle to the puck. Allow 15-20 seconds for the players to gain possession of puck and ultimately shoot on net.
