Description

Skate around the faceoff circle. On whistle, hockey stop, on next whistle go opposite direction. If enough skaters split into 2 groups, if over 6 skaters per group, split again to have an outer group and an inner group skating opposite directions.

P1- add pucks.
P2- skate backwards. Add pucks
P3- pair up, 1 forward 1 backward skating.
P4- Same as P3, add pucks.
P5- call out players to sprint to NZ faceoff dot (hockey stop) and back.
