Description

Start drill by having the coach dump puck in, break out with first pass coming from RD,to RW, to C to LW, LW skates puck to red line cross corner dump and simulate a forecheck with the first forward (F1) going in on the puck angling towards brds, (F2) taking boards away, (F3) is 3r man high.

Notes: * Timing is key on break out.
* When dumping puck in keep it away from their goalie. e.g cross corner dump & forecheck with a purpose.
