Description

Drill Starts C1 passes to D1 passes to D2 passes to C1
C1 shoots puck in while D1 and D2 gap up the blue line.

D1 retrieves the puck behind the net and passes to D2
D2 Passes to C1 and three forwards regroup and attack 3V2

Notes: Practice braking out on both sides of the net.
