Description

4 cones placed at the offside face-off circles. 6 skaters go at a time. This is a full speed drill. Forward skating all the way to the far cone, pivot and skate backwards around the 4 cones, pivot again and skate forward sharp/tight turn around the net and go to the opposite corner. Goalies can do the same drill. Second group of six players go when the previous group crosses the red line on the far side.
