Description

In one end, players go on whistle...3 on 2. All players will rotate clockwise every 7 minutes.

In other end x1 starts, forward, transition, take a pass and shoot (no dekes) finish at the net. After that shot, O1 starts, same from other side, pass to a shot, then 3rd puck dumped behind the net 2 -0 basically.

Goalies must reset to the puck after every shot.

Switch lines when done.
