Description

Station A: First player skates around circle and gets a pass from the next player in line and shoots on goal. Then proceeds around other circle and again receives a pass fronm the next player in line and shoots on goal. The next player goes once he has given second pass
Station B: Players practice wrist shots and slap shots against boards. Encourage proper technique and keeping head up.
Station C: Players line up across circles and take shots on goalie. Encourage proper techniques
