Description

Set up as shown

Drill starts with D man making a breakout pass and 2 forwards go up and outside the tires.

Forwards criss cross doing drop pass and break inside the tires crashing the net, D man sprints up to blue line power stops and go into reverse

Forwards can pass or shoot and D man does his best to take away passes.

As soon as shot is taken D man on opposite side starts drill from that side .

Drill just keeps repeating

Notes: IF A BAD PASS IS MADE DRLL IS OVER , GET OUT OF THE WAY AND BACK IN LINE SO AS TO NOT INTERFERE WITH NEXT GROUP !!!!!!
