Description

This drill runs out of both ends simultaneously
Coach fires puck around the rim
X1 times the rim pass and picks up puck with feet pointed up-ice. X1 should shoulder-check down ice before he gets puck to determine his options
X1 makes quick pass up ice to X2
X2 makes one-touch pass back to X1
X1 makes one-touch pass to X3
X3 makes one-touch pass back to X1
X1 goes in for shot on net.
