Crossovers and transitions

Description
Players start in one corner and do crossovers around circle and sprint hard to the red line and do tight turns around the cones. Finish with crossovers around the other circle.
Add in transitions around the circles and around the cones.
Add backward circles and backward tight turns around the cones.
Can also be done with pucks.
