This is a good drill to work on the forecheck

Drill starts with all players skating around the center circle.

Coach dumps the puck into one end. D hustle to retrieve puck, F apply whatever forechecking systems that you want to employ. As drawn it is a 2 1 2.

D try to work together to break the forecheck and skate the puck out past the ringette line.

F try to steal the puck and score a goal.

Next group will go into the opposite end so that both goalies are involved and more skaters are moving.
