Description

Still starts with both sides at same time with O's passing to X's with X's returning pass to O's. O's then enter the zone wide with speed with X's matching speed and angling O's to the boards focusing on stick on puck separating the puck from the man. If O beats X, O should drive the net for a shot. If X comes away with the puck, X should stake puck behind the net transitioning out of the zone with speed. Players return to the lines they started in. After coaches whistle, drill starts with X's passing to O's and drill repeats.
