Defense- Escape Triangle
Defense skates forward to pylon #1 and pivots to the right backwards skating Towards Pylon Two and Quickly turns towards the boards skating forward around #2 and towards #1 pivots to the left back wards skating to pylon #3 and escape turns to forward skating around pylon #3 and towards pylon #1 and pivots backwards down the middle. next players starts.
