Description

3 pylon escape moves

Set up 3 pylon, one in front of the other two. PLayers start on the side with 3 pylons.

On go, the players skate around the front pylon and transition forwards to backwards, they then curl to the outside and skate around one of the back pylons. They then skate to the front pylon on the opposite side they did the first time, and then they transition forwards to backwards, curl to the outside skate around the other back pylon and finish with a shot against the boards.

Options: If there are enough coaches can set the player up for a second shot or can have coaches work with players at the back of the line either passing back and forth or shooting against the boards
