Description

* D starts on Red and starts with strong backward pivots/crossovers to accelerate.
* Coach dumps puck.
* D enters zone backward and pivots towards puck.
* D accelerates to puck, keeps feet moving to pick up speed.
* Takes good anlge to puck, accelerates with it.
* Heads up ice, finds target (in this case the Coach), delivers strong/accurate pass
* Repeat x2 or x3 times.

Notes: KEYS: strong and quick footwork. Acceleration to/with the puck. Accurate pass (crisp)
