Description

Simple skills drill

Set up as shown , on pond size rinks do both ends at the same time

Drill starts with first player skating from goal line to the blue line with a puck, player comes to a stop and then skates backwards to the hash marks on the circles while controlling the puck.

Player then explodes forward with out and tight against the tire going in to take a shot, then around and behind the net to get back in line.

Second player starts when the player ahead of him reaches the hash marks stop.

Notes: IF YOU MESS UP JUST GET OUT OF THE WAY AND GET BACK IN LINE !!!!!!!!!!!!
