Description
Goalie Starts Drill with Middle Out move from the post. X1 then moves around a cone (either side) and takes a shot. Goalie tracks Shooter and receives shot. Immediately after X1 shoots, Goalie must recover and receive shot from X2 in the slot. Rebound is live.
