This is a continuous 3 v 3 game that works on defensive positioning and puck possession.
In the diagram, O team is on offense and starts with the puck. X team is on defense.
Defensive team will have 3 players waiting along the wall. If the defensive team steals the puck and gets it to their team, the O team will play defense and the three new X team players are on offense and the three other X team players leave the zone.
Once O team is on defense, three of their players will go down the wall waiting to receive the puck and jump on offense.
