Description

Flow shooting drill to get things moving.

Set up ass shown, drill starts on coaches whistle.

O1 passes to O2 (if O2 misses pass just pick one up as you pass the group) O2 skates around entire group and turns back to the net and continues to opposite corner he started from turning to face the X group.

X1 passes to O2 once O2 is aware the pass is coming, passers pay attention cause if first pass is bad whole drill becomes a cluster.

Continue until all players have shot 3 times , switch goalies every 5 shots

Notes: Start slow and increase the pace after skills develop and drill is learned
