Description

Coach dumps. 2 from each line are team mates. Chase down puck and become Offence. Must feed to 'their own D' who either looks for return pass to shot or takes shot on goal.
Team without puck become Defensive players.

KEY SKILLS:
* puck protect
* heads up
* find passing lanes to D and back
* lots of foot movement to 'get open'
* communication (voice calls)
* D must be heads-up to find open guy or to unload shot.
