Description
Coaches dump in opposite ends simultaneously on the second whistle. Defense hustle to the puck, make a tape to tape pass, then hustle to blue line across to defend 2 on one. Same side forward must support puck low. Opposite forward must cover slot the hustle to half boards, pivot with stick up ice for the pass. When he gets the puck he must read/react and either pass or carry puck up ice for a 2 on 1. Forwards continue attacking until goal is scored or whistle blows. Next whistle restarts drill.
Notes: Extra coach or D-man with passive pressure can play on 1st blue line to improve decision making of winger down low.
