Description

Whistle starts the drill and 5 players skate hard to their spots and stop. They are attacking O zone after the puck. Forward 1. (first to puck) pressures inside out. Forward 2(second to puck) seals the outside. Forward 3 plays high to read same side Defenceman and eitherr pinch boards or backup if Defenceman does. The coach evaluates routes and position of stationary attackers and when all are OK he passes behind the net to start phaze 2. Passes between coaches may continue or they give puck to attackers in order for them to try score 5-0.

Notes: May use direction for attack such as D to D pass, set up on side board, etc.
