Description

Start drill as labled. Ozone players follow puck and forecheck. Coaches in O zone will give them puck and they try score until whistle. At the same time Players in D Zone shift to coverage on coaches stick side.

On whistle - 5 Bench players forecheck, Forecheckers backcheck to their D zone and cover, D - zone players change off the ice on the fly.
