Description

This drill happens from both sides of the ice.
X1 passes to X4. X4 passes back to X2 which in turn hits X1 with an on side pass. X1 drives the net and shoots on the goalie.

Both ends of the ice will be running the drill. Add variety to the drill by replacing a pylon with a player.

Ensure that players are making a touch pass with speed and accuracy.

Notes: Foot speed, on-side pass, accuracy on touch passes.
