Description

Divide players into 2 groups, each group has both forwards and defence. One group in each corner. Place pylons as shown on ice.

Forward skates out with a puck followed by the defenceman. Forward skates to far pylon, executes a tight turn. Defence skates to near pylon, pivots and skates backwards. Forward then attacks D in a 1 on 1 scenario.
