Wing Movement into 1v1

Diagrams

Description

Wing Movement into 1-1- Player "D" takes puck and wheels with their eyes up around the net to make pass to the "X" player who starts in Dot Defense position and then moves to a break out spot. They must HURRY that spot to be available to catch the pass and not make the D wait to pass it to them. They then walk to the far side of the pad and pass (while moving) to the "O" player. "O" player catches and then looks to give it back to "X" who needs to grab ice to get open and get it back. D player shadows "X" high and it is a 1-1 to the net once "X" gets it back. "D" is looking to break up the play and clear puck to the outside, or corner.
