Continuous Breakout & Forecheck 1/2

Drill designed to be done at full game speed with high aggression !!!!
Set up as shown VERY IMPORTANT ALL PLAYERS PAY ATTENTION !!!!
Drill starts and ends on coaches whistle. Whistle blows and players on blueline sprint and check the players on center red line , as they are doing that the coach will dump the puck somewhere in the zone. Players turn and rush into zone to set up for a breakout, players must read the play and react accordingly.
Players at center ice red line will be the fore checkers but can not move until the D man touches the puck, once the puck is touched players from center ice line begin an aggressive forecheck trying to take possession of puck and scoring .
Players from the blue line continue trying to break out or defend if forecheckers if they take control, if blueline players are able to get the puck back to the coach they win and drill is over.
Every player resets with the original break out players going to outside of center ice line , forecheckers reset at blueline and now become the breakout team and coach blows whistle and drill starts over again
Notes: If breakout team just throws puck to center ice the players waiting to do drill just dump it back in and drill continues until coaches whistle
