Set up as shown

Drill starts on whistle and keeps flowing so the D men must rush back in place and ready for next go.

Players go around tires and bounce pass to themselves off boards and head down the outside trying to beat the D man for a shot.

D men skate up the ice towards the tire the player is turning around, pivots and skates backwards at the same speed(not faster) then the skater with puck , eventually pinching him off along the boards.

Notes: Drill can be done with or without goalies
