Attack triangle warm-up phase 1

Simple start to a attack triangle sequence

In phase 1

X1 passes to O1 skates around the pylon, receives the pass back from 01 and then goes and shoots on net and then goes to the back of the other line.

O1 will then pass to X2 and the drill continues like that
