Canadian Swing

Description

O3 & O6 are placed just to start the drill. They skate with the puck to the net shoot. O1 & X1 need to time when they swing down low for a transition pass. O6 picks a puck up in the corner and passes to O1 swinging low around the bottom of the circle. O1 then pass to X1 swing high closer to the dot for a headman pass to leave the zone. X1 skates with the puck to the take a shot on net and the cycle continues.

After the system is completed O6 lines up along the boards and O1 after the pass to the high swinging X1 lines up in the neutral zone. the system is done at both ends of the ice.

Notes: Start the drill at both ends on coaches count.
