Description

Both sides
F1 starts, with puck does to bump passes to the D who collects and passes, Fwd cuts down to hash w/ puck takes middle lane, give and go with F4, D meanwhile picks up a puck, cuts net, and makes a give and go as well, with F4, and proceeds to shoot.

Notes: Pucks in front, keep feet moving, skate the lane...keep feet moving, skate to the puck, don't wait for it.
