Description

This is the pre-practice warm-up skate. It is two different patterns. The first lap the players skate pattern 1 going forward until the far blue line. At that point they pivot and skate backward to the opposite blue line, pivot again and skate forward.

The second pattern has them skating backward again between the far blue lines but this time they do an in and out with a stop. As they come back around they perform another in and out between the blue lines but forward skating.

The pattern continues to alternate each lap around the rink until the coach stops the skate.
